Indications

Cooling blood and stopping bleeding, clearing heat and removing toxicity, drying dampness to astringe sores, subduing swelling to relieve pain.Used for bleeding,swelling, pain caused by damp-heat internal haemorrhoids,the internal hemorrhoid part of mixed hemorrhoids at stage I and stage II, and anal pain, edema, local discomfort of inflammatory external hemorrhoids.

Composition

Sanguisorbae Radix, Galla Chinensis, Borneolum Syntheticum, hydrochloric berberine, Papaverine Hydrochloride. Excipients: Mixed fatty acid glycerides.

Character

This product is a torpedo-shaped suppository ranging from dark yellowish-brown to dark greenish-brown in color; it has a fragrant smell. 

Specification

Each suppository weighs 1 gram.

Usage and Dosage

For anal administration. Use 1 suppository each time, 1 to 2 times a day, or follow the doctor's advice. Apply it externally before going to bed or after defecation. When using, first put on the provided finger cot on the index finger, tear open the packaging of the suppository, take out the suppository, and gently insert it about 2 centimeters into the anus.

Adverse Reactions

Some individual patients may experience mild abdominal discomfort and diarrhea.

The appearance of jaundice, with obvious yellow staining of the eyes and skin after using the medicine, indicates liver function impairment.

Nausea, vomiting, skin rashes and drug fever may occasionally occur, and will disappear after stopping the medicine.

Taboos

Those with a history of allergy to the ingredients of this product and those with severe renal insufficiency are prohibited from using it.

Pregnant women are prohibited from using it.

It is prohibited during complete atrioventricular block.

Patients with hemolytic anemia and those with glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency are prohibited from using it.

This product is for rectal administration only. Oral administration is prohibited.

Avoid alcohol, tobacco, spicy, greasy and irritating foods.

Keep the bowels unobstructed.

This product contains Berberine Hydrochloride and Papaverine Hydrochloride. Those with impaired liver and kidney functions should use it with caution, and patients with heart diseases should also use it with caution. Glaucoma patients should regularly check their intraocular pressure.

Patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension, liver diseases, diabetes, kidney diseases or blood diseases should use this product under the guidance of a physician.

Children, lactating women, the elderly and those with weak constitutions should use this product under the guidance of a physician.

This product is only effective for hemorrhoids accompanied by a small amount of bloody stools, swelling and pain. If there is a large amount of bloody stools or bloody stools of unknown cause, or if the internal hemorrhoids cannot be manually pushed back into the anus after defecation, you should seek medical advice at a hospital.

Sometimes a white frost may precipitate during the storage of this product, which is caused by the base material. It is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the curative effect.

Store it below 30°C. If it softens when the temperature exceeds 30°C, you can put it in the refrigerator or immerse it in cold water until it hardens before using. This will not affect the curative effect.

When placing the product, the movement should be gentle to avoid bleeding. Insert it to an appropriate depth to prevent it from slipping out.

Use this product strictly according to the specified usage and dosage. If the symptoms do not improve after 3 days of use, you should seek medical advice at a hospital. This product is not suitable for long-term use, nor is it suitable for use as a preventive medicine or for repeated use multiple times within one day.

Those who are allergic to this product are prohibited from using it, and those with allergic constitutions should use it with caution.

Do not use this product when its properties have changed.

Children must use this product under the supervision of adults.
